This Super Bowl Score Prediction Contest (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Empyr Sports Inc., a Delaware corporation, located at 2923 23rd Road, Astoria, NY 11105 (the "Sponsor"), and is administered through the Blitz:Draft™ mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform").
The Promotion begins on September 9, 2026 and ends on February 14, 2027 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of two phases:
(a) Qualification Phase: September 9, 2026 through the conclusion of the 2026–2027 NFL regular season. During this phase, eligible users compete in Blitz:Draft™ weekly contests on the Platform to earn qualification for the Score Prediction Phase based on weekly leaderboard standings, as described in Section 4.
(b) Score Prediction Phase: Beginning after the final NFL regular season game and the determination of all NFL playoff teams, and ending no later than one (1) hour prior to kickoff of the first NFL Wild Card playoff game (the "Prediction Deadline"). During this phase, the Qualified Contestants submit their score predictions for the Super Bowl.
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, an individual must, at the time of entry and at the time of any prize award:
(a) Be a natural person who is a legal resident of the United States of America and physically located within the borders of the United States of America (excluding its territories, including Puerto Rico);
(b) Be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or nineteen (19) years of age if a resident of Nebraska, or twenty-one (21) years of age if located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts);
(c) Have a registered and active Blitz:Draft™ account in good standing;
(d) Not be physically located in the State of Washington at any time during participation in the Promotion (Washington residents are ineligible to win any prize);
(e) Not be a principal, operator, officer, employee, director, contractor, or agent of Sponsor or any of Sponsor's advertising agencies or promotional companies involved in the Promotion, nor an immediate family member (defined as parents, children, spouses, siblings, or any person residing in the same household) of any such person;
(f) Not be a professional or amateur athlete whose individual statistics or performance may be used to determine any part of the outcome of a fantasy sports contest, nor a sports agent, team employee, referee, or league official associated with an athletic competition that is the subject of fantasy sports contests, nor an immediate family member of any such individual;
(g) Meet all other eligibility requirements set forth in the Blitz:Draft™ Terms of Service; and
(h) Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
(a) Qualification Method. The 2026–2027 NFL regular season consists of eighteen (18) weeks. For each week of the regular season, Sponsor will maintain a weekly contest leaderboard on the Platform (each a "Weekly Leaderboard"). No purchase or paid entry fee is required to participate in weekly contests, as free-to-play contests are available on the Platform. The first-place finisher on each Weekly Leaderboard, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will earn qualification as a "Qualified Contestant," subject to the following conditions:
(i) Each eligible user may qualify only once during the Qualification Phase, regardless of the number of Weekly Leaderboards won;
(ii) If the first-place finisher on any Weekly Leaderboard has already qualified through a prior week, the qualification spot for that week will pass to the next-highest-finishing eligible user on that Weekly Leaderboard who has not already earned qualification. This process will continue down the Weekly Leaderboard standings until one (1) new Qualified Contestant is identified for that week;
(iii) In the event of a tie for first place or any relevant position on a Weekly Leaderboard, Sponsor will determine the qualifying contestant in its sole discretion; and
(iv) If, after applying the foregoing process, no eligible user on a Weekly Leaderboard qualifies as a new Qualified Contestant, that week's qualification spot will go unfilled and the total number of Qualified Contestants in the Promotion will be reduced accordingly.
(b) Notification of Qualification. Following the conclusion of each Weekly Leaderboard, Sponsor will notify the qualifying user via the email address associated with their Blitz:Draft™ account and/or through in-app notification. Each Qualified Contestant must confirm their participation within the timeframe specified in the notification to retain their eligibility.
(c) Maximum Entries. The total number of entries in the Promotion shall not exceed eighteen (18). Each Qualified Contestant is entitled to one (1) entry consisting of one (1) score prediction. If fewer than eighteen (18) Qualified Contestants are identified during the Qualification Phase, the Promotion will proceed with the actual number of Qualified Contestants.
(a) Prediction Submission. During the Score Prediction Phase and before the Prediction Deadline, each Qualified Contestant must submit a prediction of: (i) the two (2) final teams playing in the Super Bowl; and (ii) the exact final score for each team at the end of the National Football League ("NFL") Super Bowl game scheduled to be played on February 14, 2027 at SoFi Stadium, Inglewood, California (the "Designated Game").
(b) Entry Requirements. Each entry must include the contestant's first and last name (as registered on their Blitz:Draft™ account) and the contestant's prediction of each team's name and exact final score at the end of the Designated Game. Each entry is limited to one (1) score prediction per team.
(c) Overtime. For the purposes of this Promotion, the "final score" of the Designated Game means the score of each team at the conclusion of the game, including any overtime period(s). Predictions will be matched against the final score as determined by the NFL upon conclusion of the Designated Game.
(d) Submission Method. Predictions will be submitted through the Platform or via such other method as Sponsor may designate. All predictions must be received by Sponsor before the Prediction Deadline. Late predictions will not be accepted.
(e) Finality of Predictions. Once submitted, predictions may not be changed, altered, or withdrawn.
(a) Prize Amount. One (1) Grand Prize of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) may be awarded if a Qualified Contestant's prediction exactly matches the official score of the Designated Game, subject to verification and approval as set forth in this Section 6.
(b) Matching Criteria. A winning prediction must exactly match: (i) both team names playing in the Designated Game; and (ii) the exact final score of each team at the conclusion of the Designated Game, as determined by the NFL, including any overtime period(s).
(c) Maximum Prize. The Promotion is limited to one (1) Grand Prize payout of $100,000. In the event that more than one Qualified Contestant submits a correct prediction, the $100,000 Grand Prize will be divided equally among all verified winners.
(d) Taxes. Each winner, if any, is solely responsible for paying any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, including income taxes. Winners must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law. Sponsor or its agent will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or other required tax forms for prizes of $600 or more.
(e) No Substitution or Transfer. The prize is not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
(f) Prize Funding and Administration. The Grand Prize is funded and administered through a third-party contingent prize provider engaged by Sponsor (the "Prize Administrator"). Payment of the Grand Prize is subject to: (i) verification of the winning prediction by both Sponsor and the Prize Administrator; (ii) the winner's compliance with all verification, documentation, and eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Promotion Rules; and (iii) approval by the Prize Administrator in accordance with the terms of its agreement with Sponsor. In the event that the Prize Administrator determines that the conditions for prize payment have not been satisfied, the Grand Prize will not be awarded. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Administrator's determination regarding prize eligibility and payment shall be final and binding on all contestants.
(a) Determination. The winning prediction, if any, will be determined by comparing each Qualified Contestant's submitted prediction against the official score of the Designated Game as determined by the NFL upon conclusion of the Designated Game.
(b) Verification. Any potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Promotion Rules. As a condition of receiving the prize, each potential winner must complete, sign, and return a Winner's Affidavit & Release, and provide a photocopy of a government-issued form of identification containing a photograph of the winner, within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. Additionally, designated contest officials must complete and sign a Contest Officials' Affidavit confirming the Promotion was conducted in accordance with these Official Promotion Rules.
(c) Failure to Comply. If a potential winner fails to comply with any verification requirements, fails to return required documentation within the specified timeframe, or is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Promotion Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. In such event, no alternate winner will be selected and the prize will not be awarded.
By participating in the Promotion, each Qualified Contestant grants to Sponsor, and Sponsor's designees, the right to use the contestant's name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. This grant is consistent with Section 9 of the Blitz:Draft™ Terms of Service.
(a) By participating in the Promotion, each contestant agrees to be bound by these Official Promotion Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and its agents, which are final and binding in all respects.
(b) Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or any portion thereof if it determines that the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
(c) If the Designated Game is canceled due to a force majeure event, the Promotion may be amended to a rescheduled date for the Designated Game.
(d) Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical malfunctions, failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any telephone network, computer system, or online system, or any combination thereof.
(e) Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
(a) By participating in the Promotion, each contestant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to: (i) any injury or damage to the contestant's or any other person's property related to participation in the Promotion; (ii) the receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of any prize; and (iii) claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
(b) Limitation on Sponsor Liability for Prize. Sponsor's maximum aggregate liability to all contestants and potential winners in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to the award or non-award of the Grand Prize, shall not exceed the amount actually funded by the Prize Administrator for prize payment. In no event shall Sponsor be independently liable for the Grand Prize amount or any portion thereof that has not been funded by the Prize Administrator. Each contestant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor's obligation to pay the Grand Prize is expressly conditioned upon and limited to the funds made available by the Prize Administrator, and that Sponsor has no independent obligation to fund the Grand Prize from its own resources.
(a) These Official Promotion Rules shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with the Promotion or these Official Promotion Rules shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Blitz:Draft™ Terms of Service.
(b) Incorporation of Terms of Service Liability Provisions. The limitation on liability set forth in Section 19 of the Blitz:Draft™ Terms of Service is hereby incorporated into these Official Promotion Rules by reference and shall apply to any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent of any conflict between this Section 11(b) and Section 6(f) or Section 10(b) of these Official Promotion Rules, the provision that is more protective of Sponsor shall control.
Information collected from contestants in connection with the Promotion will be used by Sponsor in accordance with the Blitz:Draft™ Privacy Policy. By participating in the Promotion, contestants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
